Knee to wall test

How?

You need a measuring tape.

Pick a wall, preferable one without a plinth. Place your foot perpendicular to the wall and move your knee towards the wall so your knee makes contact with the wall. Now move your feet away from the wall as far as possible without lifting the heel and keeping contact between your knee and the wall. Like this we test our ankle mobility.
