How?
Let’s take your legs for a test.

Take your phone and put the timer on 30 sec. We are going to perform single leg squats to a depth of +/- 90° in your knees. You can take a chair and place it behind you, not to sit on, but to always touch with your glutes and make sure you bend to the same depth.
